1694 William The 3rd Colonial American Document On Hand Laid Paper. Pursuant To The Order of The Purchasers & Proprietors Of The Lands Lying Above Pancetoit Lands Date July 25th 1694 The Committee Then Chose in Viz Samuel Little, Edward Gray & Wm Manchester With The Assistance Of The Surveyor By Them Presented Have Surveyed & Laid Out The Same Into 30 Thereof Lots With Such Ways As Thought Necessary as Followed Which Was By Them Done in December 1694 & then They Caused A Meeting  Of sd Proprietor To Be Warned To Draw There Lots Which Was Accordingly Held At The House O Edward Gray In Tiverton on The 15th Day Of January 1694 & Each Person Drawing Of His Lots They fell As Here Followeth To Each Person & They Are Set In The Margent Against The Bounds of The Lots. # 23 Job Almy  The Division Of The Lots Aforesaid About Score Rods From The Highway At The Foot Eastward Where Each Lot Is Measured With The same Measure As At the Foot Or Westward End Of Them Number & Bounded For Brought As Followeth 23 The 23rd Lot Is 27 1/2 Rod Wide Bounded With A stack Of Stones #23-24 & a Width There Upwards. On Verso It States Record Of The 23rd Lot In Pancetoit
