This is a Vintage Barbie black and white party dress and matching hat.  The dress has three tiny white buttons (
one is missing
) in front and two snaps underneath.  The rounded white collar is sheer.  The gathered open brimmed hat has the matching sheer fabric with a black ribbon.
This outfit is so chique!
"After 5" dress and hat #934 from 1962.

on dress: Barbie (R) , (c) By Mattel.  It looks to be in very good condition although it could use washing to make it the sheer fabric clean and fresh again.
