ABOUT THIS OUTBOARD ENGINGE BRACKET
Maximum design power for a single outboard engine: 450 HP.
You could safely say that an outboard engine bracket is the ultimate add-on for almost any outboard engine equipped boat. Almost all boaters out there can benefit from installing an engine bracket but most especially those that put a premium on a substantial increment in speed and fuel range without having to replace costly outboard engines.
You can also benefit from having an overall better handling boat, and one that can shoot out of the hole usually in half the time it used to take with the old engine placement as well as cruising dryer and at a flatter angle. It will also make your boat safer offering a way lower platform from which to push yourself up to the deck when in the water as well as the ideal place where to affix an available as an option swim ladder.
Our fabricators have been putting together engine brackets almost since they become a thing in deep-V offshore racing boats, whose roots can be followed back to our base in sunny Miami, arguably the US cradle of the class. We learned the ropes at the elbow of the greats back when Thunder Alley (NE 188th St.) was a barren expanse and there were only three large warehouses where the fastest and meanest boats in the world were hand-built. And we have maintained, through different corporate iterations, an uninterrupted presence in the Southern Florida boating scene ever since.
There’s nothing small-time about our outboard engine bracket products as our stuff is sold as OEM to most of all Miami based boat manufacturers, and some major ones from other parts of Florida, and we have type certifications from the NMMA, and the ABYC. All-aluminum construction using 0.375 (transom and engine mount plates) and 0.250 (rest of the body) thick cold-formed Alcoa 5052 H32 series sheets.
Large volume flotation box.
Thick, high mil powder coating for the ultimate in marine environment protection.
Sand textured, anti-slip treatment to the platform's top surface to ensure traction and safety when wet.
1-Standard 2 x 3.75 inch saltwater specific sacrificial anode (zinc).
Includes all mounting aluminum backing plates, SS screws and SS nuts.
WARRANTY
3 year limited warranty.
Welding World, Inc. warranties our outboard engine brackets to be free from structural defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of sale, provided that the application of the brackets is for pleasure use only and not for competition, commercial, military, or other uses which could subject the brackets to extraordinary stress, wear or tear.
All approved warranty work is to be F.O.B. at the current Welding World, Inc's. factory location and is subject to repair or replacement at Welding World, Inc's sole and exclusive option.
The original purchaser must previously give written and photographic notice of any defect to Welding World, Inc. during the warranty period, show proof of purchase of the Product, and wait for the approval to the claim from Welding World, Inc. Return of the bracket to the original purchaser shall be at their sole expense.
In no event will Welding World, Inc. be liable to the original purchaser for any damage arising from their use of the bracket, including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages.
The original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim arising from a defect in the bracket shall be pursuant to the terms and conditions of this warranty.

If the buyer decides to initiate a return without prior communication and the acceptance of Welding World, Inc. we will deduct a 20% restocking fee. In special cases, such as in shipping damage or a valid warranty claim, and always under our exclusive discretion, return costs could be waived or shared.
